Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

GrandmaaSecret.net is International portal for brand "Nidhi's Grandmaa Secret". We take only international order here which are shipped from India to any other country (provided it is valid address on our shipping portal). We take only international orders from GrandmaaSecret.net for domestic order kindly visit www.grandmaasecret.com.

Since the orders are shipped from one country to another the delivery times may vary depending upon country specific custom regulations but in general all orders are delivered within 15 days of dispatch.

We take immense pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. As an international shipping platform, we understand the importance of a transparent and fair policy to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • We ship globally with trusted logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 15 business days (may take longer as well) from the time of dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs regulations.

  • We try to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours but this may may vary upon product availability. 

  • During festive seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics disruptions, delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience in such rare situations.

🔄 Returns & Pickups

  • As we operate internationally, we do not offer product pickups or accept returns due to the logistical constraints of cross-border shipping.

  • We request you to please verify your shipping address and product selection carefully before placing the order.

💥 Damaged or Wrong Products

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order has arrived in a damaged condition or you have received the wrong product, please follow these steps:

  1. Raise a request within 5 days of delivery by writing to us at support@grandmaasecret.net with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. Our team will review your claim within 3 business days.

  3. Upon approval, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note:

    • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

    • No refund will be granted if the issue is reported after the 5-day window or if sufficient evidence is not provided.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or altered.

  • To cancel your order within the allowed window, please email us at care@grandmaasecret.com with your order details.

📝 Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds or returns under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after order has been placed or shipped

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delay in delivery due to customs clearance or external factors beyond our control

  • Product dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (fragrance, texture, etc.)
